Headed by Chef Saul Carranza, our bistro brings refined Oaxacan flavors to a casual and light dining experience inspired by the revolutionary spirit of the French bistro. Seeking to integrate the space, conversation, and ethos of eating into a singular culinary concept, the restaurant features interiors by Decada, the world-renowned Mexican studio featured multiple times on Architectural Digest’s AD100 list. The restaurant is named after the Cesca chair, a staple of Bauhaus design created by Marcel Breuer, and the space is filled with seating inspired by this iconic work to celebrate the intersection of high design and the culinary arts.
